What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the filter type and size. Standard sizes start at [number] pcs per model. Custom sizes and private label start at [number] pcs. Send your product, size and quantity through the quote form and we will confirm the exact MOQ in the quotation.
How can I get a quote or place a bulk order?
Fill in the quote form at the top of this page with your product type, size or part numbers, and quantity. If you have a long part list, send it in our Excel template ([RFQ_TEMPLATE_LINK]) to bafcustomercare@gmail.com. You can also call us at +91 99997 90843. Do you provide product samples before mass production?
Yes. We send a sample for your approval before mass production. A sample takes [5 to 10 days to prepare. [Samples of standard sizes are free / The sample cost is adjusted against your first order.] Courier charges are paid by [the buyer / us]. For custom sizes and private label, we also share a digital artwork proof before production starts.
What are your accepted payment terms?

Do you export to other countries?
Yes. We export from Delhi, India to [list of countries] and ship to the US, UK and Canada by sea or air. For each shipment we prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading or air waybill. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer as importer of record.
